From moving the vehicles in Japan, through international transportation to Thailand, and finally returning them to Japan after the exhibition, every step requires attention to detail to minimize the risk of damage to the vehicle and its specialized components.
Through years of hands-on experience, these challenges have become valuable lessons — leading to the development of specialized tools and equipment that make vehicle handling safer, more efficient, and more practical.
One of these innovations is the Steel Pallet system for securing vehicles, initiated and designed by World Navi Japan, a company specializing in the export of quality used vehicles from Japan to markets around the world.
The Steel Pallet is designed to securely support and hold vehicles with different specifications and modifications, particularly vehicles equipped with specialized aftermarket parts that require extra care.
By securely positioning the vehicle on the pallet, the system helps reduce the risk of movement and potential damage during transportation, while also making the handling process more efficient and controlled.

Bangkok Auto Salon 2026
For Bangkok Auto Salon 2026, World Navi Japan and Synergy Logistics, as international logistics partners, worked together to transport three specially modified vehicles from Japan for display at this year’s event.
All three vehicles were secured on Steel Pallets before transportation, allowing our teams to handle and move them more safely, efficiently, and systematically throughout the logistics process.
