วีซ่าเชงเก้นแบบขั้นบันได (Visa Cascade) - มาตรการใหม่เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกคนไทยในการขอวีซ่าเชงเกน ซึ่งเริ่มใช้ตั้งแต่บัดนี้เป็นต้นไป

** เนื่องจากตั้งแต่วันที่ 25 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569 เป็นต้นไป สหราชอาณาจักร (UK) เปลี่ยนระบบเป็น eVisa เต็มรูปแบบ แม้จะมีวีซ่าแบบสติกเกอร์ (Vignette) อยู่ในพาสปอร์ตแล้ว ผู้เดินทางยังต้องสร้างบัญชี UKVI Account เพื่อเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลวีซ่าเข้ากับระบบดิจิทัลก่อนเดินทาง

🇬🇧 ผู้ยื่นขอวีซ่าเยี่ยมเยียน หรือ วีซ่าท่องเที่ยวเข้า “สหราชอาณาจักร” ต้องสร้าง UKVI Account และตรวจสอบ eVisa ก่อนเดินทาง!

เตือนคนไทยที่จะเดินทางมาอังกฤษ! ตั้งแต่ 25 กุมภาพันธ์ 2026 เป็นต้นไป รัฐบาลสหราชอาณาจักร (UK) ประกาศเปลี่ยนระบบวีซ่าเข้าสู่ยุคดิจิทัลเต็มรูปแบบ (eVisa) โดยเฉพาะวีซ่าเยี่ยมเยียน (Standard Visitor Visa) จะไม่มีสติกเกอร์ (Vignette) แปะในพาสปอร์ตอีกต่อไป!

⚠️ ได้วีซ่าแล้ว "ยังไม่จบ" ต้องทำอะไรบ้าง?

สำหรับคนไทย ที่ได้รับอนุมัติวีซ่าแล้ว คุณมีหน้าที่สำคัญที่ต้องทำก่อนไปสนามบิน มิฉะนั้นอาจถูกปฏิเสธการขึ้นเครื่อง (Boarding) หรือเสียเวลาอย่างหนักที่ด่านตรวจคนเข้าเมือง

ขั้นตอนสำคัญที่ต้องทำทันที

1. สร้าง UKVI Account
เข้าไปที่ gov.uk/evisa เพื่อสร้างบัญชีดิจิทัล

2. ผูกข้อมูลวีซ่ากับพาสปอร์ต
ใช้เลขพาสปอร์ต และหมายเลขการสมัคร (เช่น GWF หรือ UAN) ในการยืนยันตัวตน

3. ตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง
เช็กชื่อ-นามสกุล, เลขพาสปอร์ต และวันหมดอายุวีซ่าในระบบให้ตรงกับพาสปอร์ตเล่มจริง

4. เตรียมข้อมูลล็อกอิน
จดจำหรือบันทึกข้อมูลการเข้าใช้งานไว้ เผื่อเจ้าหน้าที่เรียกตรวจสอบหน้างาน

📲 eVisa คืออะไร? ทำไมต้องเปลี่ยน?

eVisa คือวีซ่าในรูปแบบดิจิทัลที่บันทึกอยู่ในระบบของ GOV.UK ซึ่งจะลิงก์กับชิปในพาสปอร์ตของคุณโดยตรง ระบบนี้จะช่วยให้เจ้าหน้าที่และสายการบินตรวจสอบผ่านระบบดิจิทัล (iAPI) ได้ทันที

⚠️ หากไม่สร้างบัญชี หรือไม่ตรวจสอบข้อมูลล่วงหน้า

อาจทำให้เกิดความล่าช้าที่สนามบิน หรือมีปัญหาในการเดินทางเข้า UK ได้

"ไม่มีเอกสารกระดาษ ไม่มีสติกเกอร์ ทุกอย่างอยู่ในระบบออนไลน์"

🔍 ใครบ้างที่ได้รับผลกระทบ?

▶️ ผู้สมัคร Visitor Visa ใหม่
ตั้งแต่ 25 ก.พ. 2026 จะได้เป็น eVisa 100%

▶️ ผู้ที่มีวีซ่าแบบเก่า (BRP/Vignette)
ต้องรีบเปลี่ยนเป็นระบบดิจิทัล เพราะบัตร BRP กำลังจะถูกยกเลิกใช้งานทั้งหมด

▶️ ผู้ถือวีซ่าถาวร (ILR)
ต้องตรวจสอบและสร้าง UKVI Account เพื่ออัปเดตสถานะเป็นดิจิทัลเช่นกัน

💡 ข้อแนะนำจาก AmThai

✅ อย่ารอจนถึงวันเดินทาง
ควรสร้าง Account และตรวจสอบข้อมูลล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 1-2 สัปดาห์

✅ เปลี่ยนพาสปอร์ตต้องอัปเดต
หากคุณทำพาสปอร์ตเล่มใหม่ ต้องรีบอัปเดตข้อมูลใน UKVI Account ทันทีเพื่อให้ลิงก์กับ eVisa ปัจจุบัน

✅ คนไทยยังต้องขอวีซ่า
แม้จะมีระบบ ETA สำหรับบางสัญชาติ แต่สำหรับพาสปอร์ตไทยยังต้องขอ Standard Visitor Visa ตามปกติ เพียงแต่รูปแบบวีซ่าจะเปลี่ยนเป็นดิจิทัลเท่านั้น

เตรียมตัวให้พร้อมก่อนบิน จะได้เที่ยวอังกฤษแบบสบายใจ ไร้กังวลเรื่องเอกสารครับ! ✈️🇬🇧

หมายเหตุ

Visitor Visa คือ "วีซ่าท่องเที่ยว" หรือ "วีซ่าเยี่ยมเยียน" มีความหมายเดียวกัน ครอบคลุมจุดประสงค์การเดินทางหลายอย่าง

โดยที่คนส่วนใหญ่จะขอในฐานะ Tourist (นักท่องเที่ยว) ที่คนทั่วไปต้องการวีซ่า เพื่อมาเที่ยว พักผ่อน เดินห้าง ดูบอล ฯลฯ

อย่างไรก็ตาม Visitor Visa ครอบคลุมถึง

1. ไปเที่ยว (Tourism)
พักผ่อน เยี่ยมชมสถานที่ต่างๆ

2. เยี่ยมญาติ/เพื่อน (Visiting family or friends)
ไปหาคนที่เรารัก

3. ธุรกิจระยะสั้น (Business)
ไปประชุม เซ็นสัญญา หรือเข้าอบรมสั้นๆ

4. รักษาตัว (Medical treatment)
มาโรงพยาบาลที่อังกฤษ

5. เรียนคอร์สสั้นๆ (Short-term study) ไม่เกิน 6 เดือน (เช่น ลงคอร์สภาษา)

📣📢 Update on the earthquake situation in Thailand📢📣

Situation Overview:

Tremors from a regional earthquake were felt in parts of northern and central Thailand, including the capital, on 28 March 2025 at 13:20 local time. The quake occurred in Myanmar and was mildly felt in Bangkok. As a precaution, the city was briefly declared an emergency zone later that afternoon, but the status has since been lifted as the situation stabilised.

Following this, the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration deactivated its emergency command unit as overall conditions improved. Public utilities remain stable, assistance efforts are ongoing, and local district offices are fully prepared to handle any further needs.

Current Status as of 1 April 2025:
Transportation:

Bangkok City Travel:
• BTS Skytrain and the Red Line Mass Transit System (SRT Red Line) are operating as usual.
• MRT Blue and Purple Lines, along with the Yellow and Pink Monorail Lines, are running normally.
• The Airport Rail Link is also operating as usual.

Air Travel:
All Bangkok airports remain operational. Suvarnabhumi Airport—All public transportation systems at the airport are fully operational, and the situation has returned to normal.

Rail Travel:
The State Railway is now operating normally. All long-distance train services from Krung Thep Aphiwat Station resumed normally. Further information can be obtained from the Customer Relations Information Center at telephone number 1690, available 24 hours.

Road Travel:
• Road travel in Bangkok is open as usual.
• All bridges over the Chao Phraya River remain open. The Bangkok Mass Transit Authority (BMTA) has increased bus services in Bangkok and surrounding areas, operating throughout the night to accommodate travellers.
• Highways connecting to surrounding provinces are operating as usual, such as Rama 2 Road, which connects Bangkok to Hua Hin.

Shopping Mall:
All shopping Malls, including Siam Paragon, CentralwOrld, ICONSIAM, King Power, and all shopping centres under the Mall Group and EM DISTRICT, such as Emporium and Emquartier, are now open as usual.

Events and Festivals:
All tourism-related services in Bangkok and its surrounding provinces and in all destinations across Thailand are operating as usual.

All events and festivals remain as scheduled, including the Maha Songkran World Water Festival at Sanam Luang and the Songkran events planned in destinations up and down the country.

สหภาพแรงงานการบินของประเทศฟินแลนด์ (IAU) และสหภาพแรงงานขนส่งของประเทศฟินแลนด์ (AKT) ประกาศหยุดงานประท้วงใน *วันพฤหัสบดีที่ 27 มีนาคม เวลา 14:00-16:00 น.*
