Position: Simulator and Equipment Maintenance Manager (SEMM)
Qualifications and Requirements
1. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree from a university or institution officially recognized by the Ministry of Education. A degree in Education or a related field will be considered an advantage.
2. Experience in aviation operational roles or as a pilot will be considered an advantage.
3. Experience in Flight Operations Administration or Aviation Management.
4. Good command of English. Evidence of English proficiency certification will be considered an advantage.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Provide operational and technical support for aviation training activities and coordinate with relevant departments.
2. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of aviation regulations, flight procedures, and technical publications to support continuous operational improvement.
3. Coordinate with internal teams, external organizations, and service providers regarding aviation training support and equipment-related matters.
4. Oversee the operation, maintenance, and serviceability of flight simulators, flight training devices, and other aviation training equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable training operations.
