𝐅𝐋𝐒 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 recently brought together our team and our long-standing nominated broker, 𝐆𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐧 𝟖𝟖𝟖 𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐬 𝐁𝐫𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐜., for our Year Opener, “𝐎𝐏𝐒 𝟑𝟔𝟎: 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥 (𝐎𝐧𝐞 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦, 𝐎𝐧𝐞 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞).” Held during a relaxed Chikahan sa Roofdeck, the gathering gave us valuable time to reconnect, realign, and strengthen the way we work side by side.

The team took part in engaging exercises that surfaced a simple but powerful reminder: operational efficiency is collective. Each role, whether visible or behind the scenes, directly shapes the outcome of our shared work. With that clarity, the afternoon transitioned into its highlight: an interactive workshop led by our HR Consultant, Ms. MaLu Inofre, which opened space for honest conversation — not only about what we do, but also how we can do it better together.

The discussion was practical, at times candid, and exactly what the start of a year calls for. Aligned in purpose and sharpened by honest reflection, we enter the year with one clear advantage: a unified way of working that is more solutions-oriented, intentional, and consistent in delivery.

Although we have long been part of the global Breakbulk community, 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐛𝐮𝐥𝐤 𝐌𝐢𝐝𝐝𝐥𝐞 𝐄𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐃𝐮𝐛𝐚𝐢 offered a distinct perspective. It gave us a closer look at the region’s accelerating pipeline of energy projects, giga-developments, and port infrastructure across the Middle East.

More importantly, it allowed us to connect directly with the EPC community, where we had constructive discussions on potential transport solutions for oversized and heavy equipment supporting the region’s energy transition, as well as new approaches to complex project logistics.

The continued rise of 𝐑𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐰𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐄𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲–𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐮𝐫𝐛𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬 (𝐑𝐄–𝐖𝐓𝐆) presents significant opportunities for markets already working closely with wind developers. It is a segment that demands careful planning and coordination, where many of our teams are steadily expanding their expertise. Beyond RE–WTG, we also explored diversification in logistics and trading, strengthening our long-term direction as a Group.

What became evident is that 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 are central to aligning global vision with local ex*****on. Engagement with customers, partners, and stakeholders is not a one-time task, but a continuous practice that compounds over time. While some offices are still at the beginning of that journey, the principle remains the same: authentic relationships build trust and open the door to lasting success.
