We are excited to welcome Fatimatou Bah as our new Country CFO for AGL Sierra Leone.

Fatimatou Bah is a finance executive with extensive experience across West and East Africa. After earning her Master’s degree in France in 2011, she began her career as an auditor at Grant Thornton Guinea.

She joined AGL in 2015 as Country Audit Manager, later becoming Financial Controller for all national operations outside the port sector. In 2021, she moved to Nairobi as Regional Financial Controller, overseeing 10 countries, before joining Meridian Port Services in Ghana.

Now leading financial strategy and governance in Sierra Leone, Fatimatou embodies resilience, leadership, and purpose.
