INNOVATION vs. THE ELEMENTS: DELIVERING WHEN IT MATTERS MOST

It started as a completely ordinary day for our team at the Chisinau International Aritport (Kiv) (RMO) station in . We were deep into an engine maintenance task when the weather suddenly took a turn and the rain rolled in.
In aviation, the clock is always ticking. The work simply has to get done because our clients depend on getting their aircraft safely back into service.
So, what do you do when the weather refuses to cooperate?

💡𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐬 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
Fortunately, being prepared with the right tools and equipment is part of who we are.
Our team quickly deployed an inflatable maintenance shelter directly from our station warehouse. Within minutes, it was installed over the engine, allowing our engineers to continue their precision work fully protected from the adverse weather conditions.
True value for our customers is not found in routine tasks that any company can perform. It is demonstrated in how we respond to unexpected challenges while delivering on our commitment.

One helicopter. 150 FH inspection. Zero room for compromise.

Our colleagues from Helibuddy have successfully completed a 150 FH / annual inspection on helicopter OK-AMS for a customer. Not just because regulations require it. But because every next flight has to be as reliable as the first one.

In the hangar, next to OK-EUP – two helicopters, one common denominator: readiness without compromise.

Behind every inspection like this is a team of professionals who know it’s not just about checklists. It’s about decisions that make the difference between “it can fly” and “you can rely on it.”

Every first time matters. Especially in aviation.

At our Aeroengineers International station at Zvartnots International Airport (EVN), we’ve just completed our first Pratt & Whitney PW1100G-JM engine change on an Airbus A320neo operated by Wizz Air.

This wasn’t just another task on the schedule. EVN has now become the first AEI station to carry out this engine type replacement - a moment that reflects not only technical capability, but also trust, preparation, and teamwork under real operational pressure. Because in the end, it’s never just about changing an engine. It’s about doing it right - the first time, every time.

FROM A MESSAGE TO A REAL PROJECT

Last week, what started as a simple LinkedIn connection turned into something much more interesting.

ALL4JETS reached out to us with a collaboration idea. After a few messages and quick internal coordination, it evolved into something very concrete – supporting their innovative approach to type training.

👉 THEIR GOAL? To reshape type training by combining one week of online preparation with one week of hands-on training directly on the aircraft.

👉 WHAT WAS MISSING? High-quality technical materials – specifically detailed photographs of aircraft components.
And this is where things came together: in cooperation with our team and our partner, we managed to arrange access to an A320 in Bratislava for this purpose.

At first glance, a small step.
In reality, a great example of how collaboration between companies can go beyond the usual “business model”.
✔️ sharing know-how
✔️ supporting innovation in training
✔️ real impact on efficiency and cost in the MRO environment
And yes - this time it wasn’t primarily about money, but about moving things forward.
