In May, our colleagues embarked on a Maritime Heritage Trail across Singapore, uncovering the rich history that shaped our nation’s maritime journey!

From the historic Fort Canning Lighthouse, which once guided ships safely into Singapore’s harbour, to Clifford Pier, the gateway for generations of traders and travelers arriving by sea, the trail offered a glimpse into Singapore’s maritime past.

The trail was also a great opportunity for colleagues to get active, connect with one another, and reflect on the industry that continues to play such an integral role in Singapore’s success.💙

In April, PSA Marine’s Pilotage Services Department (PSD) came together for the first Pilot Cohesion of 2026 – strengthening teamwork, trust, and camaraderie across the department! ⚓

Through ice breakers, team bonding activities and an engaging dialogue session, colleagues gained a deeper understanding of one another’s roles and how they can better support each other in daily operations. The event also celebrated the dedication and contributions of our people with the Pilot Recognition Awards and Long Service Awards.

More than just a cohesion event, it was a meaningful reminder of the professionalism, teamwork, and shared commitment that continue to guide us forward. 💙

In March, our Corporate QHSSE team proudly hosted the STARFISH 1.0 Safety Workshop, bringing together colleagues from across different departments.

Through interactive group activities and scenario-based discussions, as well as using the four FISH! Principles – Choose Your Attitude, Make Their Day, Be There, and Play – the team learned new ways to encourage positive behaviours and reinforce a proactive approach to workplace safety.

In celebration of Earth Day in April, PSA Marine teamed up with PAssionWave for a meaningful “Kayak N Klean” adventure at Jurong Lake Gardens!

The afternoon kicked off with an eye-opening session on the impact of microplastics on our marine ecosystems and human health, reminding us that every small action counts. Armed with tongs and buckets, the team then paddled out to clear litter from the waterways.

Blending purpose with play, it was a fantastic way to champion sustainability and reinforce our shared commitment to environmental protection! 🌍
