ADVISORY ON SINGAPORE AIRLINES FLIGHTS AFFECTED BY TYPHOON CHAMPI

Due to weather conditions caused by Typhoon Champi, the following Singapore Airlines (SIA) flights have been cancelled:

· SQ876 operating from Singapore to Taipei on 23 October 2026

· SQ877 operating from Taipei to Singapore on 23 October 2026

· SQ878 operating from Singapore to Taipei on 23 October 2026

· SQ879 operating from Taipei to Singapore on 23 October 2026

*All times stated are local

SIA will be contacting all affected customers to inform them about the changes to the flight schedules.

As the situation remains fluid, other SIA flights may be affected. Customers may visit our Flight Status page (https://tinyurl.com/53t6xtv8) for the latest information on their flights.

Affected customers may request to be reaccommodated on alternative flights or seek a full refund of the unused portion of their ticket. SIA customers who booked directly with us may use our Assistance Request Form (https://tinyurl.com/mwxkzde7) to seek the refund. For bookings made through travel agents or partner airlines, customers are advised to contact their travel agent or purchasing airline directly for assistance.

Customers are also strongly advised to update their contact details via the ‘Manage Booking’ function (https://tinyurl.com/yjdrnzuj) on our website or subscribe to a mobile notification service (https://tinyurl.com/yc7nuj45) to receive updates to their flight status.

SIA apologises to all affected customers for the inconvenience caused.

It was a pleasure to welcome beneficiaries from Goodlife Makan Montfort Care to the FORMULA 1 SINGAPORE AIRLINES SINGAPORE GRAND PRIX 2026 on 11 October for an evening filled with racing, excitement and fun.

Together with our staff volunteers, our guests soaked up the race-day atmosphere at the Fan Village, trying their hand at the Racing Simulator, Reaction Pod Challenge, and Memory Mash. They also captured special moments with our cabin crew before experiencing the excitement of the race from the Stamford Grandstand.

We’re pleased to have shared this experience with our community and look forward to creating more meaningful moments together.
