My breakfast by the roadside, eating like my fore father's that hailed from south China in search of a better life.

The humble glutoness rice. My favourite breakfast, I bought as I was very early and there was no queue.

This glutoness rice is lightly oiled and served with braised peanut and fried unions as garnishing.

The skin is soft, the yutiao has been deep fried and is crispy, imagine biting into something soft and yet crunchy.
