🍛🥪 Recently, 16 colleagues from our Malaysian team — including those from PIL Logistics and Malaysia Shipping Corporation — joined hands with local charity organisation Bekind Malaysia to prepare and distribute meals for the homeless in the city of Klang.

🙋‍♂️🙋‍♀️ More than just providing meals, this initiative was about building connections, showing compassion, and creating meaningful impact — a reflection of our Future-Focused commitment to uplifting the communities we serve.

💕 PIL will continue taking concrete action to support those in need while fostering a spirit of care and inclusivity for a better future!

🥳🎉 A decade of growth, teamwork and shared success — PIL Togo recently marked its 10th anniversary with a gala dinner in the capital of Lomé that brought together over 50 colleagues and their families!

👏🏆 During the event, PIL Togo honoured long-serving staff, recognised impactful contributions from the teams, and celebrated the achievements of their young talents — a true reflection of our People-Centric culture! Colleagues from our West & South Africa Regional Office also joined in the celebration, adding to the energy and significance of the occasion.

🍾💃 The evening ended on a high note — with laughter, conversations, and plenty of dancing — celebrating not just a milestone, but the strong community we’ve built together over the past decade!

🚢🌍 As one of the earliest shipping lines to establish services to Africa, PIL continues to support the expansion of China’s solar photovoltaic (PV) industry into the fast-growing East African market with our end-to-end logistics solutions.

🤝📦 Since January, our PIL China team has successfully delivered critical PV equipment from Shanghai to Kenya for multiple customers. Our teams worked hand-in-hand with partners to deliver cargo safely and on schedule, as well as ensure a smooth, seamless ex*****on every step of the way. This strong performance has earned customer trust and laid a solid foundation for future collaborations! 👍

🚨🏥 With the capital of Indonesia, Jakarta, requiring up to 1,200 bags of blood daily to support over 200 hospitals, every contribution counts — and our team stepped up!

🙋‍♂️🙋‍♀️ Recently, 14 colleagues from our PIL Jakarta team rolled up their sleeves for a meaningful blood donation drive organised by the PALANG MERAH INDONESIA (Indonesian Red Cross). It was a simple act — but one with life-saving impact! 🩸

🇦🇺🥂 Our Australian team recently hosted a series of engagement events in Adelaide, Fremantle, Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne, giving our colleagues the opportunity to connect directly with customers across the country.

🙋‍♂️🙋‍♀️ Led by Chief Commercial Officer Lionel Chatelet, the team engaged close to 400 customers from around 150 different companies during the visits. By meeting customers in their own markets, we reinforced PIL’s strong commitment to “Putting Customers First".

👂💡 The sessions provided an open platform for our colleagues to better understand our customers’ challenges and reaffirm our focus on delivering consistent service and practical support tailored to their needs.

🙇‍♂️💪 Most importantly, we were able to thank our customers in person for their continued trust and partnership—while strengthening relationships as we continue Pushing Boundaries to deliver People-Centric solutions!

🚢⛽ From 4–5 May, PIL’s vessel Kota Ocean successfully completed a simultaneous LNG bunkering and cargo operations at Mingdong Terminal in Shanghai’s Waigaoqiao Port. This milestone marks both PIL’s first LNG bunkering at the port and the terminal’s first ever LNG operation — a strong step forward in advancing green shipping with the Port of Shanghai! 👏👏

🤝👷 Conducted over China’s Labour Day “golden week”, the operation saw the vessel taking on about 4,300 cubic metres of LNG with SIPG Energy, with strong support from the Pudong and Wusong Maritime Safety Administrations. Through close coordination with SIPG Energy and the terminal, our team in Shanghai ensured that cargo operations and LNG bunkering proceeded in parallel — safely, efficiently, and without disruption.

🚢🌱 Kota Ocean, one of PIL’s eight LNG dual-fuel vessels, is testament to our commitment towards fleet modernisation and achieving net zero emissions by 2050. As a Future-Focused shipping line, we are driving a sustainable future by continuing our close partnerships across ports, energy, and regulatory sectors to accelerate the transition towards greener, more sustainable shipping!

🇳🇿🎊 May 2026 marks a proud milestone for PIL as our New Zealand team celebrates their Pearl Anniversary — 30 years of operations in the country!

🚢⚓ Their journey began three decades ago with the arrival of Kota Berani and Kota Berlian on New Zealand’s shores — a defining moment that laid the foundation for the strong presence we have in the region today.

🥂🥳 To commemorate this significant occasion, PIL New Zealand hosted special celebrations in Auckland and Christchurch on 21 and 22 April respectively, bringing together over 100 customers and partners to honour this shared journey. Colleagues from Singapore also joined in the celebrations, underscoring the close connections that unite our global PIL family.

🙋‍♂️🙋‍♀️ The events provided a meaningful opportunity to reflect on three decades of dedication, growth, and enduring partnerships that have shaped PIL New Zealand’s success. More importantly, they reaffirmed our continued commitment to "Putting Customers First" as we embark on the next chapter of growth together!
