FUTURE FUELS, REAL RESULTS.
AAL Shipping has improved fleet efficiency by 19%. AAL’s fleet-wide Energy Efficiency Operational Indicator (EEOI) has dropped from 17.80 (2023) to 14.40 (2025), meaning less CO₂ is emitted per tonne of cargo, per nautical mile – even as they grow their fleet and handle higher cargo volumes.

As the maritime sector adapts to new environmental frameworks and ambitious net-zero goals, AAL continue to invest in operational excellence and solutions that help reduce emissions intensity across global operations.
