สารจากเอกอัครราชทูต ณ สิงคโปร์ [English below]
สวัสดีทุกท่านค่ะ ตามที่ดิฉันได้รับพระมหากรุณาธิคุณโปรดเกล้าโปรดกระหม่อมให้ดำรงตำแหน่งเอกอัครราชทูต ณ สิงคโปร์ สืบต่อจากท่านทูตอุรีรัชต์ เจริญโต และได้เดินทางมารับหน้าที่ที่สิงคโปร์เมื่อวันที่ 18 มิถุนายน ที่ผ่านมา นั้น
ดิฉันรู้สึกยินดีและภาคภูมิใจอย่างยิ่งที่ได้มารับหน้าที่สำคัญในประเทศที่มีความสัมพันธ์อันแน่นแฟ้นกับประเทศไทยในทุกมิติ ตั้งแต่อดีตจนถึงปัจจุบัน และเรายังมีชุมชนไทยที่เข้มแข็งในสิงคโปร์ การมารับตำแหน่งในครั้งนี้นับเป็นเกียรติและเป็นความรับผิดชอบอันยิ่งใหญ่ โดยเมื่อปี 2568 ที่ผ่านมา ประเทศไทยและสิงคโปร์ได้ร่วมกันจัดกิจกรรมทั้งในระดับรัฐบาล ระดับหน่วยงานภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน และระดับประชาชนเพื่อเฉลิมฉลองวาระครบรอบ 60 ปีแห่งการสถาปนาความสัมพันธ์ทางการทูตตลอดทั้งปี ภารกิจสำคัญยิ่งของดิฉันและทีมประเทศไทยในปัจจุบันจึงไม่ใช่เพียงแค่การรักษามิตรภาพอันเหนียวแน่นนี้ไว้ แต่คือการขับเคลื่อนและยกระดับหุ้นส่วนทางยุทธศาสตร์ท่ามกลางความท้าทายใหม่ ๆ ของโลกอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม โดยจะดำเนินนโยบายการทูตเชิงรุกในมิติต่าง ๆ กับสิงคโปร์ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นด้านความร่วมมือทางเศรษฐกิจ ความมั่นคง การพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ และนวัตกรรม สนับสนุนการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ เทคโนโลยี และการศึกษาระหว่างสถาบันชั้นนำของทั้งสองประเทศ เพื่อเสริมสร้างขีดความสามารถของบุคลากรไทยให้สอดรับกับตลาดแรงงานยุคดิจิทัล และมุ่งมั่นที่จะผลักดันซอฟต์พาวเวอร์และการท่องเที่ยวเชิงคุณภาพของไทย ตลอดจนส่งเสริมกิจกรรมทางวัฒนธรรมรูปแบบใหม่ ๆ ที่เข้าถึงคนทุกกลุ่มในสิงคโปร์ได้มากยิ่งขึ้น
สำหรับพี่น้องชุมชนไทยในสิงคโปร์ทุกภาคส่วน ไม่ว่าจะเป็นผู้ประกอบการ พนักงานวิชาชีพ แรงงานฝีมือ นักเรียน นักศึกษา หรือครอบครัวไทยที่พำนักอยู่ที่นี่ ดิฉันขอเน้นย้ำว่า ท่านคือฟันเฟืองที่สำคัญที่สุดและเป็นทูตวัฒนธรรมที่แท้จริงในการเชื่อมโยงความสัมพันธ์ในระดับประชาชนระหว่างสองประเทศ ดิฉันมีความตั้งใจและยินดีที่จะได้ทำงานร่วมกับทุกท่านในกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ที่กำลังจะเกิดขึ้นตลอดช่วงปีนี้และต่อ ๆ ไปด้วยกัน
สถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ ที่ตั้งอยู่บนผืนดินประวัติศาสตร์ซึ่งพระบาทสมเด็จพระจุลจอมเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว รัชกาลที่ 5 ได้ทรงซื้อไว้แห่งนี้ จะยังคงทำหน้าที่เป็นบ้านอันอบอุ่นและที่พึ่งของพี่น้องชาวไทยทุกคนเสมอ โดยเรามุ่งมั่นที่จะพัฒนาการให้บริการกงสุลและการคุ้มครองดูแลคนไทยด้วยระบบดิจิทัลที่รวดเร็ว เข้าถึงง่าย และมีประสิทธิภาพ ตลอดจนสนับสนุนกิจกรรมของชุมชนไทยอย่างเต็มกำลัง
หากมีสิ่งใดที่สถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ สามารถสนับสนุนและให้ความช่วยเหลือได้ ดิฉัน ข้าราชการ และเจ้าหน้าที่ทุกคน พร้อมและยินดีที่จะร่วมมือกับทุกท่านอย่างเต็มที่เสมอ และหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าจะมีโอกาสพบปะพี่น้องชาวไทยทุกท่านในกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ของสถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ ที่กำลังจะมีขึ้นในเร็ว ๆ นี้ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งงานเทศกาลไทยประจำปี 2569 ที่สถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ พร้อมเปิดบ้านต้อนรับทุกท่านในวันที่ 10–12 กรกฎาคม ที่จะถึงนี้
Warm greetings to everyone. Pursuant to the Royal Command appointing me as Ambassador of Thailand to Singapore, succeeding Ambassador Ureerat Chareontoh, and having traveled to assume my duties in Singapore on 18 June.
I am deeply honored to assume this important duty in Singapore, succeeding Ambassador Ureerat Chareontoh. I take up this role with the utmost respect for the responsibilities it carries and for the relationship it is my privilege to serve.
Thailand and Singapore have always been a close partnership, a relationship that has grown steadily into one of Thailand's most active bilateral partnerships, spanning trade, investment, defense cooperation, labor mobility, and deep institutional ties across both governments. Singapore is consistently among Thailand's top trading partners, and the Thai community here is one of the largest in Southeast Asia.
Singapore shares historic and enduring ties with Thailand, and last year we carries particular significance as both countries commemorate 60 years of diplomatic relations through joint activities spanning the governmental, private sector, and people-to-people levels. This anniversary is not only a reflection of how far the relationship has come, but a celebration of a solid foundation from which to move forward with ambition.
There is significant potential to deepen cooperation across several concrete dimensions, including agriculture, green economy investment, digital infrastructure, and human resource development, where the complementary strengths of both countries create genuine opportunity. My commitment is to support the exchange of knowledge, technology, and education between leading institutions in both countries, strengthening Team Thailand's capabilities in line with the demands of a rapidly evolving labor market. Promoting Thailand's soft power and quality tourism is equally central to this agenda, building upon the growing appreciation of Thai identity, culture, and creative industries, while encouraging new forms of cultural engagement that bring our two societies closer together.
It is a privilege to serve Thailand here, and I look forward to the work ahead.
