📦 **IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ**
• These plants are **NOT in Singapore yet**.
• Estimated arrival is approximately **3 weeks after the pre-order closes**.
• Plants will be shipped **bare rooted, without pot and soil**.
• As these are living plants, slight colour variations, minor imperfections, shipping stress, and a few dropped leaves during transit are normal.

🚫 **REFUND / REPLACEMENT POLICY**
We will provide a refund or replacement only if:
• The plant arrives **dead on arrival (DOA)**, or
• The plant dies **within 7 days of collection or delivery**
📷 A clear photo of the plant will be required for verification.

🚚 **DELIVERY**
• **$6** bare-root delivery
• **FREE delivery** for bare-root plant orders above **$80**
• **$20** for potted plant delivery
📍 **Self-collection is available.**
Please collect your plants within **2 weeks after we announce that the shipment has arrived**.
