Bilxin shipping group Pte Ltd was setup in Republic of Singapore in year 2015. The two partners for Bilxin are Bilsea International Pte Ltd, Singapore ( www.bilsea.com and www.bilseagroup.com) and Xin Yuan Group Hongkong ( http://xysgroup.com).

Bilxin shipping group Pte Ltd, hereinafter named Bilxin, owns four asphalt tankers including mt poestella, mt lilstella, mt rostella and mt orcstella. There are four individual registered shipping companies for each asphalt tanker ie

Poestella Shipping Pte LTD, Singapore
Lilstella Shipping Pte LTD, Singapore
Rostella Shipping Pte LTD, Singapore
Orcstella Shipping Pte LTD, Singapore

Such four new asphalt tankers are sister ships with two built in Fujian Mawei shipyard and two built in qingshan shipyard, wuhan, China. All four ships are major approval for trading worldwide.

The ship management company for all of the four asphalt tankers is Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement Pte Ltd, Singapore.
