Job Position Available - Client Account Servicing Executive (Locals/Malaysian only):
• Able to source the best Marine inventory at the shortest span of time at most economical way.
• Responsible to handle all aspects of the procurement of spares and stores for his/her assigned vessels
• Monitor vessels' schedules and provide timely status updates of each requisition and the delivery status to vessels and relevant stakeholders.
• Able to work Independently
• Handle enquires/ communication/Email

Preferably 3 years experience in Marine Industry as Purchaser

Able to work Independently

Bilingual with English

Handle enquires/ communication/Email

Independent and able to work under pressure in fast pace environment.

Great Interpersonal skills and computer literate

1. Acting as the main liaison for the portfolio of clients provided, dealing with both sales & marketing aspect (training provided)
2. Administrative work related to sales order and logistical coordination
3. Work with both internal and external stakeholders (cross departments, vendors, subcontractors) to manage client expectations
4. May be required to visit client's office (both local and overseas)
