Over two days in Batam Indonesia, our group Strategic taskforce came together for TWC's Strategic Planning & Development Meeting 2026, reaffirming our shared commitment to building a stronger future together.
​
Guided by the theme "𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 • 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗚𝗼𝗮𝗹 • 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗧𝗪𝗖", the meeting provided an opportunity to reflect on our progress, strengthen collaboration, and align on the priorities that will shape the next phase of TWC's Scale-Up Journey.

The 2 days session featured strategic discussions, interactive workshops, and collaborative learnings centred on problem solving, operational excellence, growth mindset, and effective teamwork. Together, we reviewed our progress, challenged our thinking, and strengthened our alignment as we continue to build the capabilities and culture needed to accelerate TWC's Scale-Up transformation.

More than just a strategic planning meeting, it reinforced our shared purpose and belief that sustainable success is achieved when we work together with one vision, one commitment, and one team.

Giving Back to the Community in Batam ❤️

At Tiong Woon, we believe that meaningful connections are built through kindness, compassion, and giving back to the communities we serve.
​
During our recent CSR initiative in Batam, Indonesia, our employees spent a meaningful day with the children supported by Yayasan Bersinar Anak Bangsa Indonesia (Shining Indonesian Nation's Children Foundation). The children were treated to lunch at Baba Restaurant, where they enjoyed an afternoon filled with laughter, games, and heartfelt interactions.

Beyond sharing a meal, our team also distributed daily essentials, school supplies, personal hygiene items, soft toys, snacks, and donated pre-loved clothing, made possible through the generosity of our colleagues.
​
Despite language differences, smiles, laughter, and genuine moments of connection reminded us that kindness transcends words. It is through these shared experiences that we strengthen the bonds within our communities and create lasting memories together.
​
A heartfelt thank you to Yayasan Bersinar Anak Bangsa Indonesia, our dedicated volunteers, and everyone who contributed to making this meaningful initiative possible. We are honoured to play a small part in supporting children and building brighter futures together.
