The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has instructed Umrah companies to ensure all pilgrims leave Saudi Arabia before Dhul Qidah 1, expected around April 26–27, 2025. Pilgrims remaining beyond this date will face penalties, including arrest and deportation, while those facilitating violations will face fines and legal action.
