A new chapter in the horizon!

ESL Shipping is planned to become an independent company and be listed on Nasdaq Helsinki following Aspo's approved demerger plan announced on Monday.

Together with our experts ashore and at sea, we are looking forward to this next chapter while continuing to serve our customers and providing reliable deliveries in all conditions.

The listing of ESL Shipping Group and the partial demerger of Aspo are conditional on the approvals of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Aspo, planned to take place in December 2026. We will keep you posted!
