Charlotte Gabrielson is a senior industry expert who has held Supply Chain, Logistics and Purchasing management positions at logistics giants such as IKEA and Schenker. Before joining Adnavem, Charlotte was Head of Supply Chain & Sourcing at Vitrolife. She brings 15+ years of Global Supply Chain and business development experience to her new position at Adnavem.

"I'm a very driven person with a positive outlook, and I thrive on challenge. And I think this also describes Adnavem: everyone here believes in what we do and is motivated by thinking in new ways and challenging a somewhat conservative industry. It’s a very optimistic environment”

At a scale-up like Adnavem, you often need to beyond the traditional job description and roll up your sleeves and just do the work. But Charlotte is no stranger to having a lot on her plate, both at the office and at home.

"I love my job and always try going the extra mile to get things done. But I'm also passionate about life outside of work: spending time with my friends and family. I have three kids, a 13-year-old girl, and 12-year-old twin boys, so let's just say I'm keeping busy! I also love skiing and playing padel, so we definitely have a lot going on. But I love it, and it's one of the reasons I joined Adnavem: to be where the action is, where it happens!"

You will play a strategic role in our marketing and communication roadmap as we continue to grow and expand our network across various markets in the region. Your goal is to ensure that the Adnavem Platform offers a superior customer experience.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of relevant digital marketing experience.
• In-depth knowledge and experience of all aspects of internal and external communications with strong copywriting and editing skills for business communication.
• Strong understanding of marketing success metrics and ability to derive actionable insights based on data to improve campaign performance.
• Understanding of Logistics landscape, passionate about impact and sustainable investments.
