Frauenthal Gnotec China Expands Capabilities with New 1000T Press

Frauenthal Gnotec China is proud to announce the expansion of its production capabilities with the installation of a new 1000-ton press. This state-of-the-art equipment has now been inaugurated and is fully operational, marking a significant milestone for the company. 🎉

The addition of the 1000-ton press enhances our ability to produce a broader range of complex high-quality parts, allowing us to better meet the diverse needs of both new and existing customers.

This year we celebrate the tenth anniversary of Frauenthal Gnotec China! 🎉

In 2013, Gnotec Automotive Parts (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. established their first plant in Huaqiao. By the end of the same year, they had a total of twelve employees.
It was also this year that the Gnotec Group became a part of the Frauenthal Family.

In 2014, Frauenthal Gnotec China (FGC) commenced mass production, marking the beginning of an incredible journey.

“Although the path has not always been straightforward, we persevered and continued to grow until we achieved a significant milestone last year”, stated
Jonas Palmqvist, General Manager of FGC, during the recent celebration ceremony. He further mentioned, “After multiple expansions in the old plant, we realized the need for additional space. In May 2022, we successfully relocated to this stunning 10,000-square-meter
facility in Qiandeng.”

We take immense pride in our current achievements. We extend our gratitude to our customers, suppliers, partners and most importantly, our dedicated team
of 160 employees for their incredible support over the years. Now we eagerly look forward to the continued success of Frauenthal Gnotec China. ✨

Last Monday we held the 2023 Sustainability Workshop.🌱

The aim of our Workshop was to conclude where we stand today in relation to sustainability, and what efforts we can make to improve even more. With representatives from all automotive companies within the group, we managed to come up with lots of interesting insights and ideas for the continued sustainability work. We are proud to have so many engaged people within our organization that continuously strive to improve. 💡

A new roadmap is set and we look forward to present our future improvements!✨

We are happy to announce that Frauenthal Gnotec Groups Sustainability Report 2022 was published today! 🍃🌏

Highlights and achievements in 2022:

Environment -> Reducing transports by installing waste container with comprimator. Change of gates to fast moving ones to save heating.

Employees -> Continuing the roll-out of mobile communication platform for all employees Gnotec Go. We have rolled out the Gnotec Go app to the US.

Anti-corruption -> New anti-corruption software.

Human rights -> New digital Code of Conduct training.

Society -> Supporting HUST, Halmstad University Solar Team for developing solar panel driven cars.
Collaborating with the organization Better Shelter, an organization driven by the mission to improve the lives of forcibly displaced persons, by providing a safer and more dignified home away from home.
