تماشيا مع رؤيا ٢٠٣٠ و إستكمالا لخطة عمل "دار تطوير العقار" بالتحالف مع "شركة دبي للإستثمار"/ شركة مساهمة عامة إماراتية في إنشاء و تطوير "مجمعات السعودية للإستثمار" و بعد إتمام هيكلة و إعداد مشروع "مجمع الرياض للإستثمار" الذي يمتد على مساحة حوالي ١١ مليون متر مربع في موقع إستراتيجي في شرق العاصمة السعودية تمهيدا لإطلاقه في بداية العام القادم، تستعد "دار تطوير العقار" لتأسييس مشروعها الثاني في غرب المملكة على قطعة أرض بمساحة حوالي ٤ ملايين متر مربع.

في هذا الإطار قام وفد من المستثمرين السعوديين بزيارة "شركة دبي للإستثمار" في مقر الشركة الرئيسي في دبي و قام باستقبالهم الأستاذ مازن البعيني رئيس مجلس إدارة "دار تطوير العقار" و كبار الإداريين في شركة دبي للإستثمار حيث إطلعوا على ماهية المشروع و مكوناته.

In line with Vision 2030 and the work plan of RED House in partnership with Dubai Investment Company (Public Shareholding Company) in the establishment and development of "Saudi Investment Parks" and after the completion of the structure and preparation of the project "Riyadh Investment Park", (stretching over 11 million square meters in a strategic location in the ِEast of the Saudi capital to be launched at the beginning of next year), RED House is preparing to establish its second project in the Western Province of the Kingdom on a plot of land about 4 million square meters.

A delegation of Saudi investors visited Dubai Investment Company (DIC) at the company's headquarters in Dubai.
The delegation was received by Mr. Mazen Al Beaini, RED House Group Chairman and senior officers of Dubai Investments Company.
