Have you ever felt low after returning from Umrah? 🕋🤍

You’re not alone.

After spending days in Makkah and Madinah surrounded by salah, Qur’an, dhikr and a unique sense of peace, returning to everyday life can sometimes feel emotionally difficult.

Some people experience a period of sadness, emptiness or nostalgia after leaving the Holy Cities. While “post-Umrah depression” is not a formal medical diagnosis, these feelings can be very real.

But why does it happen? 👇

🤍 Missing the Holy Cities
The emotional connection you develop with the Haram, Makkah and Madinah can make leaving feel incredibly difficult.

🏠 Returning to normal life
Going from a spiritually focused routine back to work, responsibilities and everyday life can feel like a sudden change.
