We, have recently launched a ship-to-ship transfer scheme in open sea around the Philippine Archipelago. This innovative scheme allows for the transfer of ultra low priced diesel from one vessel to another, providing a cost-effective solution for ship owners and operators.

The concept of ship-to-ship transfer is not new, but we have taken it to the next level by offering diesel at a significantly lower price compared to other suppliers in the market. Visayas 25000MT from Philippine sea. Samar and Sorsogon area with 12,000MT.
25,000MT to the area covering Mindanao, Sulu and North Sulawesi from Celebes Sea.
And 5,000MT outside Basco Batanes.

Let's explain the terms a bit.

OPTION 1.
Pre-Paid-Order (PPO). The lowest price for gods, but little or no security for the Buyer. Trust is basically all there is.

OPTION 2.
A transferable letter of credit is a letter of credit that allows the first beneficiary to transfer some or all of the credit to another party, creating a secondary beneficiary. The party that initially accepts the transferable letter of credit from the bank is referred to as the first, or primary, beneficiary, while the party that applied for the letter of credit is the applicant. A transferable letter of credit is often used in business deals to ensure payment to a supplier or manufacturer and is an alternative to making an advance payment.

OPTION 3.
An irrevocable letter of credit (ILOC) is an official correspondence from a bank that guarantees payment for goods or services being purchased by the individual or entity, referred to as the applicant, that requests a letter of credit from an issuing bank.

An irrevocable letter of credit cannot be canceled, nor in any way modified, except with the explicit agreement of all parties involved: the buyer, the seller, and the issuing bank. For example, the issuing bank does not have the authority by itself to change any of the terms of an ILOC once it is issued.
