📖 Story time! 📖

🍂🌾 In the crisp autumn air, Andreas Bartha and his devoted neighbors came together to raise our magnificent wooden gothic garden gate. With teamwork and determination, they hoisted it into place just in time for the upcoming feast of Saint Hubert. 🦌🍁

As you approach, you'll notice the gate's beautiful inscription, "panem nostrum quotidianum da nobis hodie," a reminder of the daily bread we seek. 🙏🍞

But the work is not yet complete! Soon, Andreas will tackle the task of covering the gate's roof with hand-split shingles, ensuring it stands tall and proud for generations to come. 🏡🪓

🐎 In the winter of 1415, amidst the snow-covered landscapes of medieval Transylvania, a resolute farmer named Andreas Bartha embarked on a life-altering journey. With a heart full of dreams and a handful of coin, he purchased a parcel of land nestled along the winding road connecting the villages of Ezthana and Ordomanus.

🐎 As the biting cold of winter held the land in its icy grip, Andreas's determination burned brightly. He envisioned a thriving farmstead where golden fields would sway with the whispering winds of spring. Armed with his trusty plow and a fervent heart, he began toiling tirelessly upon the frozen earth.

🦌 On the 20th of September, there was the celebration of Saint Eustace, considered one of the patron saints of hunters and hunting, alongside Saint Hubert.

🦌 Eustace was a pagan Roman general, who converted to Christianity after he had a vision of the cross while hunting.
