With the “Experts” scene, it often feels like the focus is more on business, networking, and making connections—less on the social or cultural side of things. So I’m curious: who would be interested in a gathering that’s more about meaningful conversations, culture, tea, coffee, good food—those kinds of things?

The weekend has arrived—hopefully a relaxing and joyful time for everyone. I wanted to share a few impressions of the desserts and cakes I’m planning to make, along with some homemade bread. Also had an unexpected guest in the pool that I fished out—always a little reminder of the wonders nature brings.

Even on a hot or humid day like today—it’s actually raining right now, even though it wasn’t supposed to. The sky is partly blue, too. But still, a nice tea time is never a bad idea. Since I’ve got a bit of time at the moment, I’m really enjoying it. A lovely tray with some pastries, a teapot, and a cup. Tea is really something you can only drink when you have time—and I’d say it has something elegant about it.
