The ideal candidate:
· Advanced knowledge of Windows operating system
· Average knowledge in MS Office365
· Low-level hardware technical knowledge
· Networking knowledge at a low level
· Basic knowledge of IT security, such as basic firewall, antivirus, and cybersecurity best practices
· Ability to diagnose and solve basic technical problems
· Communication, planning and organization skills
· Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks
· Previous experience in IT (technician, specialist or helpdesk) is an advantage
· Minimal knowledge of server administration (e.g. Windows Server, Active Directory, Linux (Debian)) would be an advantage
· Driving license category B is an advantage
Responsibilities:
· Install and configure Windows operating systems, drivers, and core software
· Installation and configuration of the MS Office365 package
· Configure the Microsoft Outlook mail client
· Set up and maintain printers and mobile phones
· Maintenance and cleaning of hardware equipment
· Basic maintenance of CCTV systems
· Diagnosing and solving basic technical problems using specific tools
· Back-office activities: centralization of invoices, orders
