The Women in Transport & Tourism Association - WTTA, founded in December 2023, is the first European association dedicated to exceptional women who carry out their professional activity in the field of transport and tourism. WTTA aims to provide greater visibility and a stronger voice to all transport and tourism professionals, promote excellence and equity and contribute to the growth and develop

ment of the two industries by strengthening collaboration and partnership with both public and private sector representatives. WTTA undertakes the mission of contributing to the creation of an economic and social environment that will contribute to the professional growth of women who build a career with passion and dedication in the two fields of activity, at the same time encouraging an organizational environment that supports the promotion of a leadership female in key positions within companies.

Comunitatea WTTA s-a reunit și energia din spațiu a fost extraordinară. S-a simțit dorul și entuziasmul.❤️

Prima întâlnire din acest an a venit într-un moment special, dar totodată la momentul potrivit. După o perioadă de reorganizare și consolidare internă, ne-am întors la ceea ce contează cel mai mult, oamenii din spatele proiectului.

Împreună cu membrele asociației, am lucrat la viziunea pentru anul acesta și dincolo de el. Am discutat despre priorități, am dezbătut idei și am pus pe masă proiecte concrete, cu un scop comun: WTTA să rămână un spațiu cu impact real pentru leadershipul feminin în transporturi și turism.

Oficial, a fost o întâlnire de lucru, dar am simțit că a însemnat mai mult de atât. A fost o confirmare că această comunitate are rădăcini puternice și că dorința de a construi împreună este la cele mai înalte cote, exact ca la început.
