Hello all,

For 2020 season we are preparing along our regular tours, a thermal & cross country course for intermediate pilots.

A first 3 days session will be held in the second part of May, and your trainer will be a good local XC pilot. He is more than eager to teach you all the tricks you must know to handle a mixed terrain (mountain and flatland). If you want to do cross country in Romania you will need to adapt your skills to maximize the day, but of course there are no clear rules - ex. in the morning stay on higher mountains, for the afternoon head for the flatland.

That's the reason your trainer is a very good pilot but first a good teacher, careful and patient :) Max. 3 participants/module !

Our Story

It is an adventure and a holiday for all of you paragliding pilots dreaming at long XC and discovery of new flying places. We offer guided paragliding tours in South Transylvania, where you will fly accompanied by experienced local pilots. We know that every one skills are different and therefore we are carefully choosing the spots that best suited for your experience level. Even if you are at the beginning of your paragliding adventure (but you have already a valid license) or you are in search of long flights over the highest peaks, Transylvania has something to offer. You should expect a combination between alpine and flatland flying, with stronger thermals on the rocky side of the mountain and larger thermals in the flatland, with wise decision to be made of when to leave the mountain ridge to make sure the flatland is working...

Join us and you will discover more than a paragliding trip, a whole cultural experience, flying above ancient castles or cities, hiking trough the forests to some remote take off places or land in far away villages. Our minivan will be at your service, for taking you to the take off place and offering you retrieval after the flight. Evenings will be dedicated for socializing in the city center, with excellent food and cheap beer waiting to hear your paragliding victories !
