Dhamac Group was established in 2002 as a limited liability company specializing in business consultation, sponsorship, and logistics support services.

Through the years the company has been able to secure numerous contracts with international companies who operate in Qatar and other GCC countries such as Bahrain, UAE, and Saudi Arabia among them Northrop Grumman Corporation, Parsons, BA system, General Dynamics, L3 Communications, ITT Industries, URS/Berger, Vectrus and IAP among others. Our services range from leasing cars, housing, sponsorship, and supply of manpower.

Founded in 2002, Dhamac Group is an innovative pioneer in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) in the contractual and manpower economic market, to meet the needs of Department of Defense (DoD) contractors and commercial companies specific work requirements. Dhamac Group realizes that we must thoroughly screen and qualify the right mix of the workforce for the job and we, therefore effectively train, motivate and evaluate our employees, in order to offer our clients’ with a turnkey solution, believing that to be “Cost Efficiently, Best Value and Optimum Performance”.

Dhamac Group has more than 17 years of experience in recruiting, mobilizing, and managing other Country National (OCN) workforces from across the globe in support of United States Department of Defense (DoD) contractors and commercial companies in the GCC. Dhamac Group has the knowledge, skill, and expertise to achieve a state of complete logistical readiness on large-scale, contingency support operations. We’ve been fully functional in the GCC since 2002 and have a very good understanding of what it takes to operate effectively in this environment.
