Hi everyone,

Hope that you are all staying safe and sane during the current lockdown! We just wanted to give an update as we are aware that we have been quiet over the last few weeks.

PACKAGES/PARCELS FROM UK: Sadly, we are still not in a position to transport any of the packages/parcels from the UK to Portugal. The main factor preventing us from doing so currently are the costly customs declaration fees that are due to every client on their consignment. We are doing our utmost to explore absolutely all of our potential options so that we can get these goods to Portugal at a reasonable cost for everyone. As is evident, this is not a quick process but please be assured that all of our efforts are focused on achieving this goal.

We do, however, understand that we are five weeks down the road and some of you may not wish to wait any longer for a solution. If this is the case, we can ask Andover to begin compiling your goods so that collection by courier or otherwise can be made by yourself. Please contact the office by email or phone if this is how you would like to proceed. Please note once this process has started, we will no longer be able to ship these goods to Portugal should we begin to do so. Until we have a workable resolution, Andover are not accepting packages/parcels unless it has been pre-arranged with the office.

EU ONLINE SHOPPING: We are now receiving several deliveries a day from the likes of CTT, UPS, DPD, DHL and believe it or not, GLS. If you are ordering from Amazon or other retailers inside the EU and wish to use our warehouse in Porches as your delivery address, you can find all the details on our website. A small nominal handling fee is applied.

REMOVALS: Our house removal service remains unaffected. If you are planning a removal in the near future with us, please contact the office to ensure full understanding of the new steps that must be followed prior to your removal date.

We want to thank you for your patience and understanding of this difficult situation. If you do have any queries, please do not hesitate to send us a message or give us a call. We'll do our best to give you as much information as possible.
