We may be a little biased, but from the river, Lisbon reveals a side of itself you simply can’t experience from land. 🙃

The grandeur of Praça do Comércio, the stylised caravel shape of the Padrão dos Descobrimentos, the underside of the Ponte 25 de Abril, and the layers of colour, history and life in the Alfama neighbourhood are just some of the views that can only be seen from the river.

You can walk the city, of course. But it’s from the river that you truly feel its rhythm, its scale and its story. 😉

Lisbon in May feels different. 🪻
The city softens into shades of purple as jacarandás bloom across Avenida da Liberdade, Príncipe Real, Campo de Ourique and the beautiful Avenida da Torre de Belém. A fleeting moment you won’t want to miss.

Days grow longer. Streets come alive. Evenings stretch into night. It is when Lisbon finds its balance. Warm, but not too warm. Lively, but not too crowded.
