There are images of experience that we hope will live in our memories forever... that BLUE that is absolutely unreplicatable and somehow refuses to be accurately captured in any photo, the way the sun falls on white washed walls, stone paved streets and the seas surfa e to create shadows that dance and shimmer... OOF. SO beautiful!

But the thing that will stay with many of us is the people. The kind of hospitality that doesn't ask anything of you, just pulls up a chair and hands you something delicious. Sifnos Greece has a warmth that has nothing to do with the sun. ❤️

We went. We were humbled. We are already plotting our return. 🏛️ Who is ready to go with us next time?!

Our days in Costa Rica are filled with moments like the one pictured (taken during our last Costa Rican Retreat) with sunrise hikes through lush jungle paths, salty air, spontaneous laughter, meaningful conversations, and the kind of presence that reminds you what it feels like to truly arrive in your own life.

At Explore & Expand Retreats, we believe travel isn’t only about seeing new places, it’s about returning to the simple rituals that help us feel fully alive again.

We love watching our participants soak it all in, the beauty, the stillness, the omg I can't believe I'm actually here feelings. Its our 'why', its our favorite part of traveling wirh you all. 🙂

"I'M HERE! I MADE IT!", thats what we believe the women in these photos must be thinking as they enjoyed a trip they almost missed!

In our mind and hearts we created lists of reasons NOT to go. Fear. Timing. Money. Heartbreak. Doubt. The stories we told ourselves about who we were allowed to be. OOF...you name it, between the two of us we likely thought or felt it all!

But there were moments that built upon each other until something shifted. A quiet yes. A deep breath. A decision to trust something just beyond certainty.
