During our last 8-Day Food & Wine Portugal Tour, we had the pleasure of welcoming Corné & Deirdre from South Africa 🇿🇦

POV: Small group = just enough time to explore before the rain catches us 😉

We clearly have very good timing… or maybe just a little Portuguese luck 😄

Just before the rain decided to join us this afternoon, we managed to explore a beautiful Vinho Verde estate on foot — vineyards, fresh air, and a few laughs along the way.

And of course… a small group means we can move quickly when the weather has other plans 😉

One of those places that feels like stepping into a storybook.

This morning, we wandered through the charming streets of this medieval village during our 8-Day Food & Wine Portugal Tour. Taking our time, enjoying the atmosphere, and discovering the little details that make this place so special.

Of course, no visit to Óbidos is complete without tasting the famous Ginjinha… served in a chocolate cup 🍫, bomboca and chourizo bread!
