És responsável, conheces bem as estradas da região e gostas de lidar com pessoas? Estamos à procura de um(a) motorista simpático(a) e profissional para integrar a nossa equipa e garantir um serviço de transporte seguro, confortável e pontual aos nossos clientes.

Funções principais:
• Conduzir passageiros em segurança de/para hotéis, aeroportos, eventos e outros destinos;
• Representar a empresa com profissionalismo e simpatia;
• Ajudar os passageiros com bagagens e prestar informações básicas quando necessário;
• Seguir rotas designadas ou adaptá-las conforme o trânsito ou instruções do operador;
• Manter o veículo limpo, organizado e em boas condições.

Requisitos:
• Carta de condução válida (Categoria B);
• Experiência como motorista profissional (preferencial);
• Boa apresentação, pontualidade e atitude cordial;
• Conhecimento da zona de operação;
• Boa capacidade de comunicação em português e inglês;
• Registo de condução limpo e sentido de responsabilidade.

As tuas principais funções:
* Atribuir serviços a uma frota limitada de viaturas e motoristas de forma eficiente;
* Gerir e reagendar serviços em tempo real, em caso de alterações ou imprevistos;
* Comunicar com clientes e motoristas de forma clara e profissional;
* Utilizar ferramentas digitais (apps, mapas, software de gestão) para otimizar percursos e horários;
* Manter registos atualizados e colaborar com a equipa de operações.
O que procuramos em ti:
* Experiência em logística, transportes ou funções semelhantes (preferencial);
* Capacidade para lidar com pressão e tomar decisões rápidas;
* Boa organização e atenção ao detalhe;
* Conhecimento básico de geografia local e principais rotas;
* Competências informáticas básicas (software de agendamento, mapas, Excel);
