🌞 Algarve Sun Safety Tips! ☀️

Stay cool and safe with these suggestions:

💧 Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Drink water like it's your job 🚰

🧴 Slather on that SPF 50+ sunscreen - reapply every 2 hours ⏰

👒 Rock a stylish hat and shades for extra protection 😎

🏖️ Seek shade during peak sun hours (11 AM - 3 PM) 🌴

🍉 Munch on water-rich fruits and veggies 🥒

👕 Opt for loose, light-colored clothing 👚

🏊‍♀️ Take a dip to cool off, but don't forget pool safety! 🏊‍♂️

🚶‍♀️ Plan outdoor activities for early morning or evening 🌅

🍻 Euro2024 Tip: Watching the matches? That cold b**r looks tempting, but remember alcohol can dehydrate you faster! Score a hydration goal by alternating with water. Keep cheering for Portugal while staying cool! ⚽🇵🇹🍹💦

Enjoy the beautiful Algarve sun responsibly! ☀️🇵🇹
