الاستيراد وتحديات فايروس كورونا المستجدCOVID-19

تسبب فيروس كورونا في مقتل 2705 شخصا ومرض 80,350 شخص منهم 77,660 في الصين وحدها ، مع حدوث وفيات أخرى، وتفشي فيروس كورونا في ايطاليا و كوريا الجنوبية والعديد من دول الشرق الأوسط. هذه الأجواء قد ادت بالفعل الى حالة من القلق لدى العديد من المستوردين ، وبالأخص المصنعين منهم .
كم من الوقت سوف يستمر الوضع؟! متى وما إذا كانت البضائع ستصل؟! ماذا علي أن افعل ؟ كلها أسئلة تتبادر إلى أذهان البعض من مدراء المشتريات في الاونه الأخيرة. من المهم أن يعرف كل مدير مشتريات بأن الانتظار إلى حين انتهاء هذه الأزمة سوف يتسبب باضرار جسيمة للشركة او للمصنع او اي كيان اقتصادي اخر يعتمد على الاستيراد ، لذلك فإننا ننصح باتخاذ التدابير اللازمة وايجاد حلول أخرى للتقليص من الخسائر الاقتصادية، ومن اجل ذلك ينصح باتخاذ اجراءات فورية كالتالي :

1. اجراء جرد كامل للمخزون وما اذا كان النقص يؤثر على القدرة الانتاجية او على قدرة الشركة من سد احتياجات السوق.
2. قم برصد الموردين بشكل دوري للتأكد من عدم تعرض سلسلة التوريد للأضرار .
3. ابدأ في تحديد هوية موردين آخرين ومن مناطق جغرافية مختلفة للتعامل معهم في حال تضرر سلسلة التوريد لديك.
4. استعرض كل الشحنات الحالية ، موقع تواجدها واذا ما كانت سفينة الشحن موجدة بحجر صحي , وكم من الوقت من الممكن ان تتاخر الشحنة .
انه من المبكر التكهن بموعد انتهاء هذه الأزمة , ولكننا على يقين بان الشركات التي سوف تحدد مخاطر التوريد التي تم ذكرها اعلاه ستديرها بنشاط وستعثر على حلول أو على الاقل تخفف من التأثير السلبي ولن تقع تحت رحمة الفايروس!!
