Salsa, limonada de cocos, river, more salsa, parks, salsa, mountains and then I make sure to leave some time for.... salsa.

Okay not to pit one against the other because I genuinely love la Isla HOWEVAAAA... salsa in medellin really hits different. I feel like no matter your level, everyone is there TO DANCE. I dont catch the same vibe on the island which is ironic.

In general, I think finding places where people are there to dance is actually hard. Maybe I just know the spots and I do know where to go in PR that I can still have fun getting my salsa on but in Medellin there is NO time to sit down. Dance after dance, you're asked to be on the floor. I learn so much every single time and it genuinely is so fun.

Son Havana in Medellin on a Tuesday night with the live band is by far my favorite!!! It gets packed like sardines but it's never failing.

If you ask what im going to be doing when I visit medellin, colombia, the answer will always include SALSA.

Día de rio con mis amores 💕

The whole fam is coming out to Puerto Rico next month but my mama was just here in April so we took her to the west side for a little day trip out the city!

Fuimos à la Cascada Gozalandia y luego a crashboat (yall seen that one on my feed already) pero Q RICOOOO.

How beautiful to be able to take mom around and show her the island life we been livin!!!!

Can’t wait to show the rest of the fam 🥹

Current living 🏙️

My meatball and bestie told me she was headed to New York so of course I had to hop on a plane for a quick trip off the island!

Just so happens that was not traveling the world like she does and so I was able to spend the day with her as well! She snapped the dope pics of me in my NY state of mind🔥

Couple more days in the cold and then I’m back to the sun on my skin but I’m still soaking up every moment regardless 🙌🏽

Every third Tuesday of the month, this family of creative voices gets together to share pieces of their heart and soul in a wonderful cafe in the neighborhood of Rio Piedras in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

For the last year, I’ve got to witness the beautiful and talented curate a safe space at for comedians, poets, musicians, writers and any one really who wants to share anything on their heart!

If you come across the opportunity to be at El family for one of these nights, consider yourself blessed. Every night I’ve been to has been amazing but last night was particularly beautiful and touching.

Thank you to Destiny and El Family for creating an environment for the voices on the island to be seen, heard and loved on 🫶🏽
