Rodi Cargo Int’l Group is proud to have served as the ground logistics partner for a landmark project for the delivery of 3 wind blades, each measuring 175 feet in length, arriving by barge through the Port of Ponce for installation at the Santa Isabel Wind Farm in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico.
This project demanded months of meticulous planning and flawless ex*****on. Our team coordinated every detail from stevedoring operations at port to specialized crane and platform contracting for handling oversized cargo, road transport permits, police es**rt coordination, and crane relocation services provided by Danny Crane. Due to the scale of the cargo, each wind blade was transported individually over 3 consecutive evenings, with convoy departures beginning at 11:00 PM each night. When rough seas forced the incoming barge to reroute, delaying its port arrival, our team adapted without missing a beat, and the mission was completed without a single hitch. At Rodi Cargo Int’l Group, no job is too large, too complex, or too demanding. We don’t just move cargo, we move the extraordinary.
