13 insanely strong, powerful and determined women joined me this weekend to climb Mount Snowdon. 🏔️
For a while now, I’ve wanted to create a space for women to take up space for themselves, find a community, step outside of their comfort zones and choose to travel and challenge themselves a little bit more.
Back in April, I said I wanted to climb a mountain this year. My DMs quickly filled up with women wanting to join me and willing me to plan the trip. So, my Women’s Adventure Club became a real club this weekend.
A group of women some friends, some strangers joined as a team. With incredible guides from MountainXperience we tackled Snowdon via one of the hardest paths, Watkins Path, through torrential rain, 50mph winds, scrambling along a cliff edge and realising that a £20 Amazon waterproof coat definitely isn’t waterproof!
Having the right gear is now firmly on the Christmas list!
But honestly, watching these women push themselves, encourage each other and get to the top was something pretty special. 🩷
