Zrealizowaliśmy projekt dla klienta, który przemieszczał towary wewnątrz swojej grupy firm w Europie — z Belgii do Tampere, Finlandia.
📅 Załadunki odbyły się 12.03 i 13.03, a całość wymagała sprawnej koordynacji kilku zestawów w krótkim oknie czasowym.

📦 Ładunek: ok. 80 metrów ładunkowych (non-stackable)
🚚 Zakres realizacji: ok. 4–5 standardowych zestawów typu curtain-sider

Przy takich relokacjach kluczowe są: dopięte terminy podstawień, potwierdzenia załadunków oraz bieżąca komunikacja na każdym etapie.

Zima to jedna z najbardziej wymagających pór roku dla kierowców ciężarówek. ❄️🚛

W ramach integracji zespołu wybraliśmy się na wspólną rozgrywkę w Zoltar — było dużo śmiechu, zdrowej rywalizacji i świetnej energii.
Takie spotkania pomagają nam lepiej się poznać poza codziennymi projektami i jeszcze sprawniej współpracować na co dzień.

ETS (EU Emissions Trading System) to unijny system „cap-and-trade”: UE ustala limit emisji CO₂, a firmy w objętych sektorach muszą co roku umorzyć uprawnienia odpowiadające ich emisjom (uprawnieniami można handlować).
Najważniejsze etapy (w skrócie):
✅ Fazy działania ETS:
• 2005–2007 (I) • 2008–2012 (II) • 2013–2020 (III) • 2021–2030 (IV)
✅ Rozszerzenie na żeglugę – wdrażanie stopniowe:
• w 2025: rozliczenie 40% emisji z 2024
• w 2026: rozliczenie 70% emisji z 2025
• od 2027: rozliczenie 100% emisji
✅ ETS2 (budynki i transport drogowy – osobny system):
• monitoring/raportowanie od 2025,
• w pełni operacyjny od 2027.

What is ETS?
ETS (the EU Emissions Trading System) is the EU’s “cap-and-trade” scheme: a total emissions cap is set, and companies in covered sectors must surrender emissions allowances for their CO₂ (allowances can be traded). The system launched in 2005 and is currently in Phase 4 (2021–2030).
Key stages / rollouts:
✅ Shipping added to ETS (phased-in):
• 2025: surrender allowances for 40% of emissions reported for 2024
• 2026: 70% (for 2025 emissions)
• From 2027: 100% (for reported emissions)

One of the subjects which is important to be discussed loudly is addiction of constant development. Let’s talk it over and look at it from the both sides of a stick.

The “addiction of constant development,” also known as progradiction, is an obsession with progress and a compulsion to be constantly improving, which can be harmful when it becomes a source of anxiety or prevents rest.
Potential advantages of a “positive addiction” to constant development .

* Personal growth: Engaging in a new skill or hobby can lead to a sense of accomplishment and mastery, boosting self-esteem and self-confidence 
* Improved well-being: Hobbies can provide a positive outlet for stress and emotions, leading to relaxation and happiness.  
* Skill development: Developing skills can lead to professional or personal opportunities and a greater sense of purpose.  
* Sense of accomplishment: Consistently striving for and achieving developmental goals can build discipline and resilience.   Potential disadvantages if “development” becomes an unhealthy addiction
* Work-life imbalance: Focusing exclusively on development can lead to neglecting relationships, social activities, and rest.  
* Burnout: Constant pressure to improve can lead to mental and physical exhaustion.  
* Unrealistic expectations: An unhealthy addiction to development can create a cycle of never feeling “good enough,” leading to dissatisfaction.

Firma LAGO Transport miała możliwość realizować wyjątkowy transport w dniu 14 maja. Miejscem przeznaczenia był Stadion Olimpijski w Berlinie. Załadunek odbył się w Holandii, a dostawa do Berlina miała miejsce dzień później. Przewożonym towarem była rolki z trawą. Najważniejsze było aby dotarły one do odbiorcy w jak najszybszym czasie.

Rolki z trawą zostały przed wyjazdem starannie polane wodą, aby zabezpieczyć je na czas transportu. To właśnie z tych rolek powstała murawa na której piłkarze rywalizują w mistrzostwach Euro 2024. Podczas turnieju rozegrane zostały na nim trzy mecze grupowe, a przed nami jeszcze 1/8 finału, ćwierćfinał i co najważniejsze - finał.

LAGO Transport Company had the opportunity to carry out a unique transport on May 14th. The destination was the Olympic Stadium in Berlin. The loading was in the Netherland,the aim is a delivery to Berlin occurring the following day. The transported goods were rolls of grass. The most important aspect was to ensure they reached the stadium as quickly as possible.

The rolls of grass were carefully watered before departure to secure them during the transportation. These rolls were made from the turf that was created specially for players to compete in the Euro 2024 championship. During the tournament, three group stage matches have already been played on it, and ahead are the round of 16, the quarter-final, and most importantly, the final.
