Cats are everywhere in Istanbul! 🐈‍⬛

They are considered communal pets, and people care for them together, by giving them food and water and even take them to the vet. 🐈

There are also stories that claims that the Prophet Muhammed was very fond of cats. Islam therefore holds cats in very high regard, and cats are considered ritually clean animals. 🕌

We love both cats and Istanbul! 😁

Bormes-les-Mimosas made us jump for joy, and smile from ear to ear! 💃

We just loved all the narrow streets, all the flowers and greens and the cute little houses. 💛

We have to go back soon!

🧚‍♂️ What happened when we tried Absinthe? Did we see green fairies?

😄 Sorry to disappoint you, but there were no green fairies! We only tried a small amount diluted in water and sugar. When trying strong alcoholic beverages, you should always be careful and only try a small amount.

🍸 The Absinthe Bar can be found in a 9th-century Roman vault right next to Le Marché Provençal in the old town of Antibes, France.

🎹 The bar is decorated with vintage memorabilia and has a buzzing atmosphere and live music in the evenings.

Musée du Niel is a really nice modern art museum opened in 2023, located in beautiful surroundings at the Giens peninsula in Hyères, South of France 🇫🇷

It has a lot of colorful modern art, made with various styles and techniques. 🎨

It's located in a very cool villa from from 1962, totally rennovated in modern style. There is also a nice Medierranean garden, and a roof terrace where you can have some food or drinks and enjoy the view. 🏡

After your visit, you can walk along the coastal path or go swimming in the sea 🏖️
