We are looking for a dedicated Operations Executive to join our growing logistics team.
If you have experience in freight forwarding and logistics operations, we'd like to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate import and export shipments from booking to final delivery.
Prepare and manage shipping documents, including BLs, invoices, and customs-related documentation.
Communicate with shipping lines, airlines, agents, co loaders and customers.
Track shipments and provide timely updates to clients.
Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth shipment ex*****on.
Maintain accurate operational records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Requirements:
Experience: 1–2 years in Logistics/Freight Forwarding.
Education: Bachelor's degree.
Knowledge of import/export operations and shipping documentation.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with logistics software is an advantage.
