Delivery 360 Private limited is looking for senior executive finance & operations. Delivery 360 is a courier startup launched in 2017 in its expedition to disrupt the courier industry in Pakistan. We are mainly dealing with eCommerce businesses at the moment delivering their cash on delivery shipments across Pakistan.
The job requirement for this position:
MBA/BBA(MAJORS IN FINANCE) /Part qualified ACCA/CA?CIMA or any other relevant qualification in finance is a MUST.
You should have 1-2 years of experience in both finance & operations or any one of these fields.
You must know the dynamics of courier industry and should have profound knowledge of handling operations, managing customers amicably, managing their portfolios, making vendors & customers payments timely, and above all retaining all customers with great care and good customer services.
You must understand end to end accounting from bookeeping to financial statements and its analysis. You would be required to keep track of customers payments, its reimbursements of CODs (timely & daily), Recording of expenses, incomes, assets, liabilities etc.
As a Sr. Executive you must understand accounting software such as QUICKBOOKS and able to operate it for record keeping and all other financial aspects.
You would be required to manage operations of the startup such as assigning the pickups to couriers in the morning, assigning the deliveries, managing customer queries, ensuring timely deliveries of customers shipments/parcels, complaint management, debriefing for shipments which are not delivered, ensuring less returns, improve efficiency of the business, Hiring of operations team such as couriers.
Most importantly you must have profound knowledge of KARACHI areas and territories.
