In July 2026, our team successfully completed onboard discharge supervision of Mogas 92 RON from M.T. PACIFIC DEBBIE at two separate terminals — first at FOTCO, Port Bin Qasim, followed by Bulk Oil Pier No. 03, Keamari, Karachi. A complex operation executed with precision from start to finish. ✅

At both locations, the process was seamless — ullage readings, temperature recordings, water dips, bunker surveys, and cargo calculations carried out jointly with the Chief Officer and attending surveyors. Sampling completed, shore valves sealed prior to discharge, and all seals found intact upon final gauging. 🔍

Discharge operations completed uneventfully with no leakage of any nature. Post-discharge inspections confirmed all cargo tanks were well stripped, drained, and empty. Empty Tank Certificates issued jointly. 💪📊

May 2026 was a busy one at Port Qasim — and we made it count. From lodging caveats for M.T. GOLDEN VIOLET and M.T. XIN AO TAI 1 to ensuring seamless port operations, the ex*****on was sharp and strategic. 📋

On 12th and 13th May respectively, both vessels arrived and were successfully caveated before the Sindh High Court, Karachi. This critical step safeguarded the owners against any ex-parte legal action — no unexpected arrests, no detention drama. Just solid legal protection with mandatory prior notice. ✅

And the result? Both vessels completed their scheduled port operations without a hitch and sailed out of Port Qasim on time. Simple on paper, but it takes precision to pull it off. That's the team stepping up — calm, calculated, and fully in control. 💪🚢

From the first ullage reading to joint measurements with the Custom Examiner, temperature recordings, cargo calculations, and finally the Empty Tank Certificate — not a single step was rushed, and not a single detail was missed.
