๐ฐ๐ฒ๐น๐น๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ: Providing proactive follow-ups and top-tier service to our clients.
* ๐ฆ๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐ด๐ถ๐ฐ ๐๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐๐ต: Collaborating with our operations team to maintain reports and expand our import customer base.
๐ช๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐ช๐ฒโ๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐๐ผ๐ผ๐ธ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ผ๐ฟ:
* 1โ2 years experience in Import/Freight Forwarding sector.
* Strong understanding of FCL / LCL / AIR procedures and rate negotiations
* Excellent coordination, communication, and negotiation skills
* Proficiency in MS Office & professional email communication
* Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive mindset
