پاکستان کا ایک خوبصورت جزیرہ۔۔۔۔۔!!!!!

پاکستان میں کل بارہ 12 جزیرے ہیں۔ جن میں استولا نامی جزیرہ سب سے بڑا ہے، جسے "جزیرہ ہفت تلار" بھی کہا جاتا ہے۔بحیرہ عرب میں ایک غیر آباد پاکستانی جزیرہ جو ساحل کے قریبی حصے سے تقریبا باٸیس تیس کلومیٹر جنوب میں اور پسنی کی ماہی گیری کی بندرگاہ سے 39 کلومیٹر جنوب مشرق میں واقع ہے۔ استولا پاکستان کا سب سے بڑا آف شور جزیرہ ہے، جو تقریباً 6.7 کلومیٹر (4.2 میل) لمبا ہے اس کی زیادہ سے زیادہ چوڑائی 2.3 کلو میٹر اور کل رقبہ 6.7 مربع کلو میٹر ہے۔

اس جزیرے کا بلند ترین مقام سطح سمندر سے تقریبا 246 فٹ بلندی پر ہے۔ انتظامی طور پر یہ جزیرہ صوبہ بلوچستان کے ضلع گوادر کے "پسنی ذیلی" ضلع کا حصہ ہے۔ جزیرے تک پسنی ذیلی سے موٹر والی کشتیوں کے ذریعے رسائی حاصل کی جا سکتی ہے۔۔۔ پسنی ذیلی ضلع میں رہنے والے لوگوں کا کہنا ہے، کہ اس جزیرے تک پہنچنے کے لیے تقریباً 1.5 گھنٹے کا سفر ہے۔

تمہید باندھنے کا مقصد یہ ہے، کہ اٹلی میں بھی اس طرح کا "ڈولفن" نامی ایک جزیرہ ہے۔ جس کو اٹلی گورنمنٹ نے بڑی خوبصورتی سے ڈیزائن کیا ہے۔۔ اس میں ہوٹل بھی بناٸے گۓ ہیں۔۔۔۔ جن میں ایک کمرے کے ایک دن کا رینٹ 95 امریکین ڈالرز ہے۔ یعنی پاکستانی 26000 روپے، ہوٹل کے ساتھ ساتھ حکومت نے وہاں خوبصورت گھر بھی بناۓ ہیں اور ایک گھر کے ایک دن کا رینٹ "578$" ڈالرز یعنی ایک لاکھ اور ساٹھ ہزار پاکستانی روپے۔

کہنا کا مطلب یہ ہے کہ "اٹلی حکومت" اس ایک جزیرے سے سالانہ کروڑوں ڈالرز کماتی ہے۔۔۔۔۔ جبکہ اٹلی میں صرف یہی ایک "ڈولفن" جزیرہ نہیں ہے۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ بلکہ اس طرح کے 450 کے قریب جزیرے موجود ہیں۔ جن سے سالانہ بہت زیادہ سرمایہ کمایا جاتا ہے۔ جبکہ ہم انہی ڈالروں کیلۓ "آٸی ایم ایف" اور ورلڈ بینک کے پیچھے پاگلوں کی طرح بھاگے جا رہے ہی۔۔اگر حکومت نے یہ بارہ جزیرے سیاحوں travellers کیلے تیار کراۓ تو یہ یقینا کمائ کے لیے اتنہاٸی آسان اور سستا طریقہ ہے۔ آپ یقین کریں کہ بعض ممالک ایسی "سیاحتی مقامات" کے انکم پر ہی چلتے آرہے ہیں۔۔۔۔۔آپ مجھے ایڈ کرسکتے ہیں اپنے ساتھ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔!!!
