Karakorum Expeditions Concludes 16th Mountaineering training camp (CSR Initiative)
Karakorum expeditions proudly concluded the 16th edition of its annual mountaineering training camp, held from 30th March to 4th April, 2026. launched in 2010, this long-term corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative continues to promote youth development and professional mountaineering in Pakistan.

This year’s program, conducted through the Pakistan Youth Outreach Foundation, included female trainees and focused on essential mountaineering skills, safety systems, teamwork, and high-altitude discipline, preparing young climbers for future challenges in the mountains.

Over the past 16 seasons, the camp has developed strong local talent, with many former participants progressing into skilled climbers and instructors, contributing to major climbing operations in Pakistan’s high peaks.
