FIRST CLASS VAN RENTAL β TERMS & CONDITIONS Please read before booking. By confirming your reservation, you agree to the following.
π BOOKING & RESERVATION
Booking is confirmed only after down payment is received
Reservations are first come, first served
Complete details required: full name, contact number, pick-up & drop-off location, date & time, destination/route
Reservations without deposit may be automatically released after the agreed holding period
π³ PAYMENT POLICY
30%β50% down payment required to secure booking
Remaining balance must be paid before or at the start of the trip
No payment = no confirmed booking
β CANCELLATION POLICY
48 hours or more before trip: full deposit refund
24β48 hours before trip: 50% deposit refund
Less than 24 hours / same-day cancellation: deposit forfeited
No-show: deposit forfeited
Cancellation due to typhoon or force majeure: full refund
β± RENTAL HOURS & OVERTIME
Standard service: 8β10 hours (city) / varies for out-of-town
Driver maximum: 12 hours per day for safety
Overtime charge: β±500.00 per hour beyond agreed service hours
Any excess beyond 30 minutes is automatically billed as one full hour
For overnight/long trips: driver accommodation and meals may be required
β³ WAITING TIME POLICY
Complimentary waiting time:
Domestic flights: 30 minutes
International flights: 60 minutes
After the free period, overtime charges apply (β±500/hr)
β½ FUEL, TOLLS & PARKING
Fuel is NOT INCLUDED unless stated
Customer shoulders: fuel, toll fees, parking fees
Vehicles returned with lower fuel than released will be charged at current market rate plus a service fee
π VEHICLE USE & RESTRICTIONS
Maximum 13 passengers only β no overloading
Strictly NO SMOKING or VA**NG inside the van β odor removal and detailing fees may apply
Vehicle must not be driven through flooded roads, rough terrain, or off-road areas
No illegal activities, prohibited items, alcohol consumption, or illegal substances inside the vehicle
Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of rental β all costs and liabilities will be charged to the client
π§Ή CLEANLINESS & DAMAGE Customer is responsible for:
Any damage to the vehicle (interior/exterior)
Tire punctures, wheel damage, and rim scratches during the rental period
Spills, stains, vomit, or excessive dirt
Additional charges:
Deep cleaning (dirt, spills, mud, vomit, stains): starting at β±2,000 depending on severity
Smoking/vaping odor removal and detailing: additional fee applies
Damage: based on actual repair cost
π VEHICLE DELIVERY SERVICE
Delivery and pickup of the vehicle within Zamboanga City: β±300ββ±500 depending on location
Delivery fee is non-refundable
π LATE RETURN
Late return charged at β±500 per hour
Any excess beyond 30 minutes = billed as one full hour
Delays affecting the next booking may result in a full additional day rate
π¨ββοΈ DRIVER POLICY
Service includes a professional driver
Driver works within agreed hours only
Long-distance or overnight trips: driver meals and accommodation are required
Customers must treat the driver with respect at all times
π SELF-DRIVE RENTALS
Minimum age: 25 years old with valid Philippine driver's license
Two valid government IDs required + security deposit
Only the approved named renter may drive the vehicle
Vehicle must not be driven through flooded roads, rough terrain, or off-road areas
Tire punctures, wheel damage, and rim damage are the renter's responsibility
For security, vehicles may be equipped with GPS tracking β renter consents to location monitoring
Driving under the influence = immediate termination of rental
βοΈ LIABILITY First Class Van Rental is not liable for:
Traffic delays or weather conditions
Lost or forgotten personal belongings
Situations beyond our control
πͺ FORCE MAJEURE Not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events. Full refund will be issued in such cases.
π« RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service if false information is provided, policies are violated, or unsafe/disrespectful behavior occurs.
