We are looking for a friendly and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join the team
Key Responsibility:
1Handling Inquiries**: Respond to customer inquiries about shipping services, rates, delivery times, and other related queries. This can be through phone, email, or live chat.
Order Processing**: Assist customers with the order placement process, ensuring that all necessary documentation and details are accurately recorded and processed.
Tracking Shipments**: Provide real-time updates on the status of shipments, assisting customers with tracking their packages from origin to destination.
Issue Resolution**: Address and resolve any issues or complaints that arise, such as delays, lost shipments, or damaged goods. This may involve liaising with other departments or external partners.
Documentation Assistance**: Assist customers in preparing and submitting necessary documents for shipping, such as bills of lading, customs forms, and invoices.
Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure loyalty and repeat business. This could involve personalized communication and understanding of client needs.
Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback and analyze it to identify areas for improvement. This can help the company enhance their services and customer experience.
Collaborating with Other Departments**: Work closely with logistics, operations, and sales teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Complying with Regulations**: Ensure that all customer interactions and documentation comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Educating Customers**: Provide information and guidance to customers regarding import/export requirements, customs processes, and any legal considerations associated with shipping goods internationally.
Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
Proactive Communication**: Act proactively by notifying customers of potential shipping issues or changes, helping to manage expectations and minimize any disruption.
Qualifications:
- Preferably with experience with Customer service but not required
- Bachelor's or College Degrer
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Strong familiarity with the internet and MS Office applications
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ethical and trustworthy
