Motorpool Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Purchase of parts and materials needed by Motorpool Team
2. Monitoring of tire conditions and tire population.
3. Preparation and update of Service Maintenance Schedule of all vehicles
4. Maintenance and update of individual maintenance folders of all vehicles.
5.Weekly update of vehicle checklist
6. Monthly preparation of the ff reports:
• Repairs summary
• Purchase summary
7. Assists in quarterly inventory of Motorpool stocks
8. Refuelling of trucks and private Vehicles
9. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of warehouse

Qualifications
• Undergrad or graduate is a plus
• Proficient in Ms Office and Excel
• Motorcycle Rider
• Understands and has appreciation for vehicles, car parts and related items
• Trainable and flexible
